Health and fitness has been a part of my life from a very young age.  From participating in various sports as a child to then competing in natural bodybuilding in my later teenage years.  I discovered my passion for training very quickly after stepping foot in a gym for the first time as a nervous 14 year old. After spending numerous years exploring what the fitness world had to offer, it was very clear to me that my real passion lied within the soft tissues of the body and how they worked. From performance, recovery and functionality, no matter how much I researched, there was always more to learn. My research soon led me to discover soft tissue therapy and how much of an incredible impact it can have on not only sport performance and recovery but also our ability to function in our day to day life. This is where I met my now mentor 'Steve Guyatt'. Steve is a well respected soft tissue therapist with over a decade of industry experience behind him. Not only did Steve confirm a lot of my research he also expanded my knowledge of the human body, especially on the soft tissues. This began our professional relationship which has continued to grow and will continue for years to come.

My career as a trainer and therapist so far has allowed me to work with a wide variety of clients.  From teaching correct form and technique, training ladies facing menopause, individuals wanting to transform their physical appearance, highlighting the main causes of chronic pains and discomfort, helping many people back to a pain free body and tackling some pretty serious sporting and recreational injuries. I love having the ability to work with a variety of individuals all with their own needs and goals.
