The F30 Programme is engineered on years of industry experience to propel you towards greater health and physical function. With a strong emphasis on Strength, Mobility, Balance and Cardiovascular health in just six weeks you'll experience an increase in muscle definition, reduced body & visceral fat, increased bone density, improved mobility and cardiovascular health.

ELEVATE HER CALISTHENICS

Woman's calisthenics classes at Full Motion Fitness

Calisthenics stems from the Ancient Greek word Kalos Sthenos meaning 'beautiful strength'.

Elevate Her classes and workshops bring the love of calisthenics and bodyweight movement to show women how to build that beautiful strength.

​

You'll discover how to master your bodyweight by learning the fundamentals of calisthenics (such as pull ups and push ups) and you'll also learn some beautiful and impressive skills, all whilst surrounded by likeminded women.

​

Classes and workshops are scaled to the participants in each class to ensure everyone is able to participate.

BORN TO FLY - AERIAL HOOP

Aerial Hoop at Full Motion Fitness

Aerial hoop is one of the circus arts which uses a steel hoop suspended from the ceiling. It's a beautiful physical activity where you will build total body strength, stamina, coordination and flexibility whilst learning something unique and having fun.

No prior strength or experience is required to start your journey, it's very accessible with a structured teaching plan to allow you to develop strength and flexibility as you learn new skills. Whilst you develop and progress through the syllabus you'll learn how to produce some beautiful shapes, tricks, drops and rolls, the possibilities are endless!
